Behavior Guidelines & Expectations

Guidelines ::

1. Take care of the room

· Pick up your trash, including raffle tickets

· No jumping on or off furniture

2. During a program

· Respect the person up front - no interruptions or talking over

· Raise your hand to talk

· Leader must know where you’re at – get their verbal approval for going someplace (ex: bathroom, Tapioca Express, meet your parents out front)

3. During your small group

· Respect the leader – no interruptions or talking over

· Comments related to small group discussion

· Leave your SG office (if applicable) cleaner than you found it

Consequences ::

if you break the guidelines above…

· Reseat – move to another place

· Warning – we’ll give you an explanation of what’s expected [see above]

· Remove

o What’s going on? Are you okay?

o Talk with your parents so we can partner together

o Suspension
