◘ Holistic Adolescent Ministry [6th-12th]

§ Holistic ministry encompasses:

□ Whole discipleship :: developing C3 citizens [Christ, Community, Cause]

□ Minister to the whole person :: mind, body, & soul

□ Minister in their whole life :: home, campus, & church

§ Staff provides long-term care & discipleship through a unified team approach for an abandoned & disconnected generation

§ Thoughtful & intentional about developing disciples throughout all of adolescence

◘ Partnering with the Family

§ Our desire is to “partner with parents through open lines of communication for the purpose of developing your student(s)”

§ Partner with the #1 influence in a students’ life through:

□ Working in tandem with one another for catalytic development

□ Parents supporting & resourcing one another

□ Providing quality training & resources

□ Reaching out to families in the neighborhood & schools

◘ Campus Movement

§ Go to where students spend the most of their time for the purpose of:

□ Decentralizing ministry by meeting students on their turf - a church without walls

□ Evangelism :: getting students to see that Jesus is already at their school

□ Community within affinity groups & practicing discipleship with the world around them

□ Minimizing the compartmentalization of following Jesus
